TEGA is a leader in West Texas offering the very first XCEL program in 2015. XCEL is a USAG sanctioned discipline designed to provide gymnasts of varying abilities and commitment levels the opportunity for a rewarding gymnastics experience. Since our inception, TEGA has crowned numerous state champions and continues to be dominant across the state. You are welcome to visit with our coaches about one of our favorite programs!

Levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond
Competitive Season: December - May
Training Hours: Minimum of 4 hours and maximum of 9 hours
Meet locations: May include Lubbock, Dallas area and some out of town locations

Each season Team TEGA participates and successfully competes across the state of Texas and around the US. The girls not only gain a positive competitive experience, but also get to relate to their teammates in an "out of gym" setting.
