TEGA staff is committed to providing children with the best training possible. We believe emphasis on correct form, proper technique, and precise execution will result in the best competitive experience possible for the gymnasts. Adhering to a strength, flexibility and training regime, along with proper level progressions will help accomplish our goals. Our philosophy demands that we take our responsibility toward each child and his/her development very seriously. Each of our coaches plays a vital role in the experience a child will have in this great and demanding sport! And, while it is true that we strive for excellence in every program at TEGA, we must remember that the pursuit of victory without leaving room for FUN, is actually NO FUN at all!

Their experience in this sport spans over 40 years. From their start in the Junior Olympic National Program, to Elite level gymnasts competing internationally, to full scholarship recipients, that experience can not be matched by any program in West Texas. In fact, Jeff Dow held the pretigious honor of being one of the 20 top male gymnasts in the country as he trained to make the 1992 Olympic Team. "We both have competed along side some of the very best gymnasts this sport has ever seen. That experience gives us an advantage that we pass onto our young athletes."
